Monitor your campaigns’ real-time performance at a glance, or generate detailed custom reports and Insights reports—all directly from the Dashboard app.

Generate reports and insights
Does certain data appear to be incorrect?: The time zone and date range that you select limits all reporting data to the events that occurred during that timeframe. Refer to Select a time zone and date range, and adjust your selection to review data across a wider or narrower reporting window. |
You can complete the following reporting actions from a dashboard:
Export data from a dashboard
You can download a dashboard table to your device as a CSV or XLSX file, or save a spreadsheet directly to your Google Drive. Either choice will include each column and row shown in your dashboard’s current view based on the filters you’ve selected.
Follow these steps to download a dashboard table:
Open an existing dashboard, if desired.
Search or filter the dashboard to determine which details appear in the table.
Open the Columns menu to add or remove metrics to the table.
Select the download icon.
Click Download CSV or Download XLSX, depending on your preferred file format.
Generate a custom report from a dashboard
Follow these steps to generate a custom report from a dashboard:
Open an existing dashboard, if desired.
Search or filter the dashboard to determine which details appear in the table.
Select the checkbox(es) next to the desired campaign(s).
Click Create Report from the More menu. This will redirect you to the Create New Report page of the Reports app.
The new report will automatically include the Campaign row, and filter the row to include the campaign(s) you selected in the Dashboard app.

Generate an Insights report from a dashboard
Insights report requirements: Eligibility criteria varies by Insights report type. Refer to “Reporting and analytics” collection overview for more information on the data included in each report and to review their individual eligibility requirements. |
Follow these steps to generate an Insights report from a dashboard:
Open an existing dashboard, if desired.
Search or filter the dashboard to determine which details appear in the table.
Select the checkbox(es) next to the desired campaign(s).
Certain Insights reports support one campaign per report, while others support multiple campaigns. Refer to “Reporting and analytics” collection overview to locate requirement resources for each report type.
Select an Insights report type from the More menu. This will redirect you to the Insights app to finish creating the report.
Apply dashboard data to a campaign
Now you have the performance details necessary to improve your campaigns. You can apply optimizations to them directly from a dashboard. Refer to Manage a campaign from a dashboard for more details.
