Campaign management overview
You’ll use the dashboards you create in the Dashboard app to track your campaigns’ progress and performance. You can also save time by adjusting certain campaign elements—like budgets and bid prices—directly from these dashboards.

Manage a campaign’s budget from a dashboard
You can change your campaigns’ total and daily budgets from a dashboard. Note that budgets are editable for budget-based campaigns, but not for impression-based ones.
Change a campaign’s total budget
Set, Add, or Split: When you change a campaign’s total budget from a dashboard, you’ll choose whether to Set, Add, or Split the new value. Refer to Key terms and concepts - Set, add, split for more information on these options. |
Follow these steps to change your campaigns’ total budgets individually or in bulk:
Select the Dashboard app from the homepage.
Choose a previously saved dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown menu, if desired.
Search or filter the dashboard table and locate the campaign(s) that you’d like to update with a new budget.
Select the checkbox(es) next to the campaign(s).
Open the Set Budget menu and select Total Budget. This will open the Change Total Budget pop-up window.
Enter the new value in the New Total Budget field.
Select = Set, + Add, or ÷ Split depending on how you’d like to apply the new total budget to the campaign(s).
You must select more than one campaign for the ÷ Split option to appear in the Change Total Budget pop-up window.
Select Change to apply your edits.
Change a campaign’s daily budget
Follow these steps to change your campaigns’ total budgets individually or in bulk:
Follow steps 1 through 4 of the Change a campaign’s total budget workflow.
Open the Set Budget menu and select Daily Budget. This will open the Change Daily Budget pop-up window.
Enter the new value in the New Daily Budget field.
Select Change to apply your edits.
Manage a campaign’s Max Bid Price from a dashboard
You can change campaigns’ Max Bid Prices individually or in bulk, and in one of two ways: directly in the table’s Max Bid Price column or through the Set Budget menu.
Change Max Bid Prices from the Set Budget menu
Follow these steps to change your campaigns’ Max Bid Prices from the Set Budget menu:

Open the Set Budget menu and select Max Bid Price. This will open the Change Max Bid Price pop-up window.
Enter the new value in the New Max Bid Price field.
Select Change to apply your edits.
Change Max Bid Prices from the Max Bid Price column
Follow these steps to change your campaigns’ Max Bid Prices from the Max Bid Price column:
Select the Dashboard app from the homepage.
Choose a previously saved dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown menu, if desired.
Search or filter the dashboard table and locate the campaign(s) that you’d like to update.
Locate the Max Bid Price column.
You may need to add this column to the table by selecting Max Bid Price from the Columns menu.
Select the cell containing the current Max Bid Price and enter the updated Max Bid Price.
Click any area outside of the cell. This will open the Change Max Bid Price? pop-up window.
Review the amount by which the new Max Bid Price differs from the existing Max Bid Price value.
Select Apply to save your changes.
Pause a campaign from a dashboard
Follow these steps to pause campaigns individually or in bulk:
Select the Dashboard app from the homepage.
Choose a previously saved dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown menu, if desired.
Search or filter the dashboard table and locate the campaign(s) that you’d like to pause.
Select the checkbox(es) next to the campaign(s).
Click Pause to temporarily stop ad serving for the campaign(s).
Edit a campaign from a dashboard
You can edit one campaign at a time from a dashboard. Follow these steps to edit a campaign:
Select the Dashboard app from the homepage.
Choose a previously saved dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown menu, if desired.
Search or filter the dashboard table and locate the campaign(s) that you’d like to update.
Select the checkbox next to the campaign.
Open the Actions menu.
Click Edit. This will redirect you to the Edit Campaign workflow in the Campaigns app.
Apply any desired changes to the campaign.
Select Save to confirm your edits.
Apply Bid Model settings to a campaign from a dashboard
You can adjust bids with Bid Modifiers, allocate budgets with Spend Ratios, and add/edit/shift priorities with Dimension Priorities to optimize performance across certain campaign dimensions. Refer to Bid Model overview for more information on which dimensions are supported and how to apply Bid Model settings to them directly from the Dashboard app.
Change a campaign’s end date from a dashboard
Follow these steps to change campaign end dates individually or in bulk:
Select the Dashboard app from the homepage.
Choose a previously saved dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown menu, if desired.
Search or filter the dashboard table and locate the campaign(s) that you’d like to manage.
Select the checkbox(es) next to the campaign(s).
Open the Actions menu.
Click Set End Date. This will open the Change End Date pop-up window, where you’ll be prompted to choose both an end date and end time in hours and minutes.
Choose a new end date for the campaign(s).
Click Change to save your edits.
Duplicate a campaign from a dashboard
Follow these steps to duplicate campaigns individually or in bulk:
Select the Dashboard app from the homepage.
Choose a previously saved dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown menu, if desired.
Search or filter the dashboard table and locate the campaign(s) that you’d like to duplicate.
Select the checkbox(es) next to the campaign(s).
Open the Actions menu.
Click Duplicate. This will open the Duplicate Campaign pop-up window.
Select the campaign’s insertion order and its start and end dates.
Click Duplicate to carry the campaign’s elements over to a new campaign.
After you select Duplicate, your duplicated campaign(s) get added to the insertion order (IO) as a draft. You’ll still need to review and activate the campaign in the Campaigns app, if desired.
Delete a campaign from a dashboard
Campaign deletion notice: Selecting Delete will permanently delete the campaign and all of its settings. Refer to Create or manage a dashboard if you’d like to simply remove a campaign from a particular dashboard view instead. The resource includes steps on how to change an existing dashboard’s filters and settings, or create a new dashboard. |
Follow these steps to delete existing campaigns individually or in bulk:
Select the Dashboard app from the homepage.
Choose a previously saved dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown menu, if desired.
Search or filter the dashboard table and locate the campaign(s) that you’d like to delete.
Select the checkbox(es) next to the campaign(s).
Open the Actions menu.
Click Delete.
Review and confirm any warnings or disclaimers to permanently delete the campaign(s).
