ICT audience overview

Integrated Care Team (ICT) audiences are an expansion of Matched audiences designed for Healthcare advertisers. They broaden reach beyond your NPI lists to include relevant care-team cohorts that share similar characteristics, and without requiring manual creation for those individual audiences.

Using IQM’s privacy-compliant Identity Graph, ICT audiences unify offline and online identifiers to target these users digitally. They rely on proprietary matching technology and apply data privacy measures for a secure, compliant solution.

Refer to Integrated Care Team (ICT) audience overview for more information and eligibility requirements, or continue reading to create and manage an ICT audience.

Follow these steps to create an ICT audience for Healthcare campaigns:

  1. Open the Audiences app.

  2. Select ICT Audience.

  4. Enter a name for the audience.

  5. Choose whether your NPI file contains HCP or Nurse identifiers.

  6. Select at least one Extension Audience.

    1. A separate audience will be created for the parent ICT audience and each selected Extension Audience.

  7. Select the Data Partner of your choice.

  8. Add an XLSX or CSV file containing the list of NPIs.

    1. Download the Sample file to ensure your file is formatted correctly.

    2. If the desired file is stored in your device’s local files and you’d like to upload it, click Upload File and select it.

    3. If the desired file is stored in your device’s local files and you’d like to drag and drop it, select the desired file and drag it into any area of the dashed rectangle.

    4. If the desired file is stored in an external account such as Google Drive or Dropbox, select the corresponding company’s icon.

      1. A pop-up window will open and prompt you to log in, accept any applicable privacy settings, and select the desired file from the online drive.

  10. Complete the required System Fields and Uploaded File Columns in the table.

    2. Only one row is required; however, completing more will help increase the chances of a high Match Rate.

Your ICT audience and extension audience(s) will immediately begin processing. You can monitor their current status by following the steps outlined in Review an ICT audience.

Manage an ICT audience

Use the ICT Audience page of the Audiences app to review, search, sort, or filter your existing ICT audiences and extension audience(s). You can also use this page to change their name or delete them, and assign them to campaigns.

    3. Open the column selector to add or remove a table column.

  2. Select the desired audience’s ID in the ID column. This will open that audience in a pop-up window, where you can review its details.

  3. Review the audience details.

    3. Review the names and IDs of the Extension Audience(s) created from the uploaded audience.

  4. Select Done to close the pop-up window and return to the ICT Audience page.

Re-Match an ICT audience

Re-Match notice: After a Re-Match is complete, the ICT audience’s Reach may increase, decrease, or remain the same. Note that–if the Re-Matched audience is the only mapped audience and its Reach is lower than the original audience’s Reach–the campaign may stop delivering.

No campaign disruption will occur during Re-Match processing; any associated campaigns will continue to target the existing ICT audience until the process is complete.

Refer to Integrated Care Team (ICT) audience overview - Re-Match for more details on audience Re-Matching and eligibility criteria.

Follow these steps to retrigger the audience-matching process, which fetches the most recent and relevant match data and updates the ICT audience’s Reach and Match Rate details:

  1. Select the refresh icon next to an eligible audience. This will open the Confirm Audience Re-Match pop-up window.

  2. Review the disclaimer and any associated campaigns.

  3. Select Re-Match to confirm your selection.
