Contextual audience overview
Contextual audiences group users based on their online activity. You’ll provide keywords and/or URLs, and users are added to the audience when they visit sites that feature them during the data collection period and at the frequency you choose.
Vera can recommend related keywords for you to review, so you can start with a short description of your audience instead of a complete keyword list.
The following Contextual audience types are supported:
Specialty
Political
Healthcare (Healthcare Professional [HCP], Nurse, Non-NPI Nurse, Generic)
Refer to Contextual audience overview for more information and eligibility criteria.

No need to include everything–Vera will prompt you to enter your preferences if you’ve missed any details.
If not already provided, add the Audience Details.

Click Apply.
If you’re creating a Healthcare audience, choose the audience type when Vera prompts you: Generic, NPI Type (HCP, Nurse), or Non-NPI Type (Non-NPI Nurse).

Your keywords and URLs appear under Captured & Selected Keywords. Click the x on any item to remove it.
Add individual keywords from the Recommended list, or click Select all. Recommendations are ranked by confidence score (High, Medium, Low).
Type in the input box to get more relevant keywords and links.
Click Next Step.
Choose a data collection method in the Data Collection Method card.
Static: Enter a Date Range and Frequency to capture a fixed snapshot of users.
Dynamic: Enter a Timeframe (the number of days before the current date) and Frequency to capture a rolling audience that refreshes daily.
Refer to Contextual audience overview: Data Collection Period for more information on Static and Dynamic settings.
Select Generate Audience.
Vera will confirm once the audience is generated and saved. The audience appears in the Audiences app with a Processing status.
For HCP and Nurse audiences, Vera first gathers reach data across data partners. Choose your preferred partner in the Data Partner pop-up and click Select Data Partner to finish generating the audience.
Keep working in the same chat: After you create the audience, you can ask Vera to attach it to a campaign, or start another task such as a report or dashboard, in the same chat. Refer to Work on multiple tasks in one chat with Vera for more information. |
