Find, rename, and/or pin a conversation with Vera.

Vera overview

Vera is a sophisticated AI-driven assistant. Vera serves as a versatile partner that simplifies and streamlines complex operations across the campaign lifecycle.

Locate existing chats

Access your recent conversations with Vera or browse your complete chat history at any time. You can review the chat details or jump back in to pick up where you left off.

Locate recent chats

Follow these steps to open a recent conversation with Vera:

  1. Open the Vera app.

  2. Locate the Recent chats section.

  3. Select the desired chat.

Locate all chats

Follow these steps to browse your complete chat history with Vera:

  1. Open the Vera app.

  2. Locate the Recent chats section.

  3. Select View All Chats. This will open the All Your Chats pop-up window.

  4. To search for a specific chat, enter its title and select the chat.

  5. To browse your chats by the most recent interaction, review the list and select the desired chat.

  6. Click + New Chat if you’d like to start a new conversation with Vera instead.

Rename a chat

Rename a recent chat

Follow these steps to rename a recent conversation with Vera:

  1. Follow steps 1 through 2 of the Locate recent chats workflow.

  2. Hover your cursor over the desired chat.

  3. Click the vertical ellipses.

  4. Select Rename. This will open the Rename Chat pop-up window.

  5. Enter the desired name.

  6. Click Save to apply your changes.

Rename an earlier chat

Follow these steps to rename a chat with Vera that took place in the past:

  1. Follow steps 1 through 3 of the Locate all chats workflow.

  2. Hover your cursor over the desired chat in the All Your Chats pop-up window.

  3. Click the vertical ellipses.

  4. Select Rename. This will open the Rename Chat pop-up window.

  5. Enter the desired name.

  6. Click Save to apply your changes

Pin a chat

Pin a recent chat

Follow these steps to pin a recent conversation with Vera:

  1. Follow steps 1 through 2 of the Locate recent chats workflow.

  2. Hover your cursor over the desired chat.

  3. Click the vertical ellipses.

  4. Select Pin chat.

Pin an earlier chat

Follow these steps to pin a chat with Vera that took place in the past:

  1. Follow steps 1 through 3 of the Locate all chats workflow.

  2. Hover your cursor over the desired chat in the All Your Chats pop-up window.

  3. Click the vertical ellipses.

  4. Select Pin chat.
