Vera overview
Vera is a sophisticated AI-driven assistant. Vera serves as a versatile partner that simplifies and streamlines complex operations across the campaign lifecycle.

Locate existing chats
Access your recent conversations with Vera or browse your complete chat history at any time. You can review the chat details or jump back in to pick up where you left off.
Locate pinned and recent chats
Follow these steps to open a pinned or recent conversation with Vera:
Open the Vera app.
Locate the Pinned or Recents list in the left panel.
Select the desired chat.
Locate all chats
Follow these steps to browse your complete chat history with Vera:
Open the Vera app.
Select View all conversations in the left panel. This will open the All Conversations page.
To search for a specific chat, enter its name in the Search chats and tasks field and select the chat.
To filter your chats by status, select the filter icon and choose Read or Unread.
To browse your chats by the most recent interaction, review the list and select the desired chat. The Last Edited column shows when each chat was last updated.
Select New chat in the left panel if you’d like to start a new conversation with Vera instead.
Search for a chat
Follow these steps to search across all of your conversations with Vera:
Select Search in the left panel.
Enter a keyword from the chat’s name or content, and select the desired chat from the results.
Rename a chat
Follow these steps to rename a conversation with Vera:
Locate the chat in the Pinned or Recents list, or on the All Conversations page.
Hover your cursor over the desired chat and click the vertical ellipses.
Select Rename. This will open the Rename Chat pop-up window, where you can enter the desired name and apply your changes.
Pin or unpin a chat
Pinned chats appear in the Pinned list at the top of the left panel, so you can return to them quickly.
Follow these steps to pin or unpin a conversation with Vera:
Locate the chat in the Pinned or Recents list, or on the All Conversations page.
Hover your cursor over the desired chat and click the vertical ellipses.
Select Pin, or select Unpin to remove a chat from the Pinned list.
Mark a chat as read or unread
Mark a chat as unread to flag it for follow-up, or as read once you’ve reviewed it. You can filter the All Conversations page by Read or Unread.
Follow these steps to mark a chat as read or unread:
Locate the chat in the Pinned or Recents list, or on the All Conversations page.
Hover your cursor over the desired chat and click the vertical ellipses.
Select Mark as unread or Mark as read.
Delete a chat
Follow these steps to delete a conversation with Vera:
Locate the chat in the Pinned or Recents list, or on the All Conversations page.
Hover your cursor over the desired chat and click the vertical ellipses.
Select Delete.
Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window.
