Q: What’s the difference between Sphere insights and Orbit insights?
A: Power Segment Insights reports separate a political personality's inner circle ("Sphere") from their extended reach ("Orbit").The core differences between these two connection types is their network depth and purpose. Q: What information is included in a Power Segment Insights report?
A: Power Segment Insights include a series of metrics and values related to who’s reachable by targeting a particular political Power Segment. This includes who a segment can reach based on demographic, geographic, network, interest, turnout, and other insights. Refer to Power Segment Insights report metrics for more details.
Q: How often is the data refreshed?
A: Data is refreshed automatically when new, targetable devices and linked IPs are added to our Sphere or Orbit audiences, driven by our proprietary ID graph-based identity resolution. This approach helps to ensure insights stay current as the audience pool evolves.
Q: How soon will my Power Segment Insights report be generated?
A: Insights are typically delivered within two business days. Each request goes through a thorough validation process, which allows us to maintain the depth and reliability of insights you expect.
Q: Which political personalities (member names) can I report on?
A: We’re adding member names to the Power Segment Insights page of the Insights app on a regular basis. Check there for which ones are currently supported, or refer to Generate a Power Segment Insights report for step-by-step instructions on how to access this page.

Q: Who can generate a Power Segment Insights report?
A: All political advertisers with access to the Insights app are eligible to generate, download, and send Power Segment Insights reports.
Q: How can I generate a Power Segment Insights report?
A: You can generate a Sphere insight or Orbit insight directly from the Insights app. Refer to Generate or manage a Power Segment Insights report for step-by-step instructions.
Q: How will I know when an insight is ready?
A: Refer to Power Segment Insights report statuses to learn when a report is ready to generate, is processing, or is ready. Once generated, you will find action icons corresponding to the insights that you can use to download or send the insights.

Q: How can I download a Power Segment Insights report?
A: You can click the download icon from the Sphere insight or Orbit insight column in the Insights app, depending on the insight type you’d like to download. Refer to Download a Power Segment Insights report for step-by-step instructions.
Q: Why is the download icon missing?
A: If a Generate button is shown and is clickable, the insight hasn’t been requested yet. Click Generate to request it. If a Generate button is shown but isn’t clickable, the insight has already been requested and is being processed. The download icon will appear once the insight is ready.
Q: How can I send a Power Segment Insights report?
A: You can click the envelope icon from the Sphere insight or Orbit insight column in the Insights app, depending on the insight type you’d like to send. Refer to Send a Power Segment Insights report for step-by-step instructions.
