In the Inventory app, go to the Open Exchange tab. Here, you will find a list of Open Exchange inventory loaded in the right panel, while search criteria options are available in the left panel.

Use the left panel to filter the available inventory and choose which ones to add into your groups.

The following optional fields are available for your search.

Search Bar

Search by name of the inventory or upload a list of inventory

Country

Specify countries were you’d like inventory served

Device types:

CTV, Mobile, Desktop, etc

Channels

Preferred channels: App, CTV, OTT, Web, etc.

Ad Type

Ad Types: Banner, Audio, Video, and Native formats

Creative Sizes

There are various size and duration options available in the dropdown. Select a few to add your ad size preference in inventory search.

IAB Categories

Choose one or more categories from all listed IAB categories

Exchanges

Specify the SSPs you would like to see inventory from

To confirm your search action, click on the "Search" button provided in the left panel. The results will appear in the right panel.

To add inventory into a group, select the desired inventory from the search results. The Save buttons will appear on top of the table that will allow you to save the selected items into a new or existing Inventory Group.

You can choose to either Save to a New Group or Save to an Existing Group.

This method allows you to create a new group for the selected inventory.

Click on the "Save to New Group" button. This action will open a popup where you can enter a Group Name. Click "Create" to finalize the creation of a new group and save the selected inventory within it.

This method allows you to save the selected inventory to any existing group.

Click on the "Save to Existing Group" button. This action will open a popup where you can choose an existing group.

You can also search for a specific group by group name and select it.

To confirm the action, click on “Save”, it will save all the selected inventory into the selected group.

How can I remove inventory from any group?

You can remove inventory from any Inventory group by navigating to the Groups tab. Once there, select your group from the left panel, then choose the inventory you wish to remove from the group in the right panel. Click on the "Remove" button located at the top of the table. This action will remove the inventory from the group.

How do I identify Inventory Group Type?

You can identify the group type from the icon provided next to the group name in the left panel.
