ICT Insights report creation troubleshooting
Cannot locate Insights app
Your IQM homepage includes all apps that your Workspace administrator has enabled you to access. Contact yours to request the appropriate permissions to access the Insights app, if applicable.
Insufficient funds
The workflow to generate an ICT Insights report ends with a Generate button. If your account’s available balance is less than the price of the ICT Insights report, this button will prompt you to add funds to the account instead.
For scheduled reports, the report will fail to generate if the account has insufficient funds during the report-generation attempt.
Refer to the steps outlined in Add and manage funds to add funds from the Organization app, or contact your organization administrator to complete this process.
Campaign is missing from list
A campaign is typically excluded from the Campaign list due to its eligibility or status, or the total number of selected campaigns.
Eligibility: In the Insights app, the Campaign list only includes campaigns that are eligible for ICT report creation. Likewise, in the Campaigns and Dashboard apps, the option to generate an ICT report is only available for eligible campaigns.
Refer to Integrated Care Team (ICT) Insights report overview for more information on the factors that make your account and campaign eligible for ICT Insights report generation.
Status: You can generate ICT Insights reports for eligible campaigns featuring a Pending, Running, or Expired status.
When you generate a report from the Insights app, you’ll select the campaign’s current status before opening the Campaign list. This selection narrows the available campaign options. For example, when Expired is selected, the Campaign list will only include eligible campaigns featuring an Expired status.
Total number of selected campaigns: Up to 50 campaigns can be selected per ICT Insights report.
To help reduce errors next time, consider generating an ICT Insights report from the Campaigns or Dashboards apps. Unlike in the Insights app, these two workflows will pre-populate the Campaign Status, Campaign, and Date Range fields during setup.
Refer to Generate or manage an Integrated Care Team (ICT) Insights report for more information on how to generate an ICT Insights report from the Campaigns or Dashboard apps.
Cannot generate a report
You may encounter a warning message or another issue that blocks you from generating ICT Insights data from a particular campaign and across a particular date range. We build in certain blocks to help avoid charging you for highly similar datasets more than once, or generating reports inaccurately.
These blocks typically occur for one of the following reasons:
You can generate one ICT Insights report at a time for each campaign.
You can generate another ICT Insights report once your in-progress report displays a Ready status on the Integrated Care Team page. Refer to Generate or manage an Integrated Care Team (ICT) Insights report to learn how to access this page.
You can’t generate an identical ICT Insights report.
If you attempt to report on the same campaign(s) and dates of an existing report, the Generate option won’t be available in the Generate and schedule ICT widget. Instead, you can review the ICT Insights report that you already generated for this campaign and the selected date range.
There may be certain cases where you’ve previously generated ICT Insights reports, but your access is now revoked. For example, your signed MSA for ICT Insights reporting may have expired. You won’t be able to generate new insights, but you can continue to access reports you’ve already generated for up to one year after their creation date.
Date Range field is disabled
The Date Range field automatically becomes enabled after one or more campaigns is selected from the Campaign list.
Cannot select my preferred date range
An ICT Insights report’s dates must meet these criteria:
You can select date ranges of up to 365 days.
The dates you select must have taken place during the campaign’s date range, and it must have served impressions on each of those dates.
Consider generating multiple ICT Insights reports for the same campaign if its duration exceeds 365 days.
Cannot select my preferred delivery schedule
You can choose to generate the ICT Insights report one time, daily, weekly, or monthly.
If you’d prefer to enter a custom delivery frequency, select Custom from the Delivery Frequency menu, and enter how often the report should be delivered. The following values are supported:
Day(s): 1-365
Week(s): 1-52
Month(s): 1-12
Template Status toggle switch is disabled
You can manage an ICT Insights report template’s delivery schedule status (Active, Inactive) when the selected Delivery Frequency is Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Custom.
Since reports with a One Time frequency are only generated once, the option to make it Active or Inactive isn’t available. Update the report template’s Delivery Frequency to enable the toggle switch.
ICT Insights report results troubleshooting
Cannot delete a report
We limit the ability to delete ICT Insights reports to help avoid accidental deletions of paid insights.
The Integrated Care Team page of the Insights app displays each of your ICT Insights reports and their statuses: Ready, Processing, and Failed. You can delete any Failed reports either individually or in bulk.
Cannot email a report
The email feature is disabled when the report’s status is Processing or Failed.
The Integrated Care Team page of the Insights app displays each of your ICT Insights reports and their statuses: Ready, Processing, and Failed. You can email any Ready reports.
Email includes a link rather than the report file
The email includes a link to the report rather than a file attachment when the report’s file size is greater than 25 MB. This limitation is to comply with the file-size restrictions of most email inboxes.
Cannot locate a generated report
One-time and recurring generated reports are nested within the ICT report template that you created.
To review a generated report, select the number in the Reports column for the desired report template. This will open the Reports pop-up window for that template, where you can review, download, and email each of your generated reports.
Refer to Manage an ICT Insights report for step-by-step instructions.
