In this article, we’ll walk you through the simple steps of applying priorities to ad creatives.

For additional information on priorities, see the following articles:

In order to apply a priority to an ad creative or any other dimension (coming soon) in the campaign, the following minimum requirements must be met:

  • The campaign must be at least 3 days long

  • The campaign’s daily budget must be at least $100

  • Ad creatives must be added to the campaign

There are two areas in the platform in which you can apply priorities to ad creatives:

  1. From the Campaigns app

  2. From the Bid Model app

From the Campaigns App

In the Campaigns app, expand the Creatives section and locate the “Advanced Modeling” button in the top right corner.

Click on “Advanced Modeling.”

**Please note: This action will turn the Bid Shading feature OFF in the campaign. You will see the prompt to confirm the action. If you prefer to keep bid shading on and not leverage Advanced Bid Model, click Cancel.

Please continue to the section on Applying Priorities.

From the Bid Model App

Begin by selecting the Bid Model app labeled “bid Model” on the home screen or from the 9-dot box in the upper right-hand corner.

In the Bid Model app, select the desired campaign from the dropdown.

The creatives associated with the selected campaign are visible in the Creatives tab in the left panel. Select the creatives on which you wish to apply priorities.

**Please note: This action will turn the Bid Shading feature OFF in the campaign. You will see the prompt to confirm the action. If you would prefer to keep bid shading on and not leverage Bid Model, click Cancel.

Applying Priorities

The box that pops up will include two tabs: , “All Creatives” and “Modeled Creatives.” The “All Creatives” tab will show all active creatives associated with the campaign. “Modeled Creatives” will show the ads to which you can apply a bid modifier.

You can select one or more creatives from the list and move it to modeled Creatives to apply priorities.

You can apply priority rankings from 1 - 10 to any ad creative in the Modeled Creatives Tab. One represents the highest priority and ten represents the lowest.

Once you have added the priority into the Priority column, the changes will be applied only when you click the “Save Modeling” button. The impact of the priority will begin in the next hour.

Once set, priorities can be changed at any time while the campaign is running.
