Audience Insights empowers advertisers and marketers with comprehensive intelligence about their target audiences. By providing a holistic and in-depth view of the advertiser's audience, this tool unlocks valuable knowledge pertaining to audience characteristics, interests, and behaviors. There are two primary methods to generate audience insights: through the Insights App and the Audience App.

Begin by navigating to the home article and accessing the Insights App.

Or you can navigate to the Insight app from the quick menu icon (9 dot icon) on the top right corner.

Once within the Insights App, locate and click on the "Generate New Audience Insights" option. You can access this option either from the left side panel or through the center button.

Select the Matched Audiences (Intercom Article Link) to generate the audience insights. (Note: Insights are available only for the Matched audiences with 10K unique and ready status. Once the audience is selected, please click on “Generate Audience Insights”. The audience insights should be generated very quickly within a minute.

Go to Audience App → Matched Audience.

Within the Matched Audience table, you will notice the "Insights" column situated on the far right. Click on the "Generate" button within this column to generate insights for a single audience.

Should you wish to generate insights for multiple audiences simultaneously, you can do so through the "Generate Insights" button located at the top of the table. Please note that this option is accessible only when one or more Matched Audiences are selected with a minimum of 10K unique and in ready status.

Upon generating audience insights, you have the option to download them in either PDF or XLSX format. Additionally, you can enhance the insights by uploading a custom logo during the download process.

Furthermore, you can seamlessly share the audience insights by emailing them in PDF or XLSX format.
