Account security overview
More on account security: Only Admin, Workspace Owners, Advertiser Owners, Default Users, and Full-Access users can manage the MFA settings of other users. Use only when required. |
Providing at least two different forms of identification when logging into any online account can make it significantly harder for hackers to access it.
The IQM platform supports Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to add an extra layer of security to your account. This feature requires users to verify their identity by entering their password and a one-time verification code sent to their email.
Workspace Owners and Advertiser Owners can manage MFA security settings for users linked to their accounts in the Organization app, and individual users can manage MFA security settings for their own account in the My Profile app. The most recent MFA settings configured by any user type will reflect across the account; in other words, any existing settings will be overwritten.
Enable or disable MFA - Organization
You can enable or disable MFA settings for users in the following ways:

In the MFA Status column, select the toggle switch to change to enable or disable MFA. This will open the Update Multi-Factor Authentication pop-up window.
Confirm the user’s updated settings.
Enable or disable MFA for multiple users

Confirm your updated MFA settings.
Log in with an MFA verification code
When MFA is enabled for your account, you’ll be prompted to enter a one-time verification code to confirm your identity when you log in.
Follow these steps to log in with an MFA verification code:
Enter your email ID.
Click Next.
Enter your password.
Click Next.
Open the email inbox that’s associated with your platform login to retrieve your one-time verification code.
Check your spam folder if you didn’t receive a code.
