Manage an Activity Log

Review and filter an Activity Log, and bookmark activities that you’d like to easily locate in the future.

Activity Log overview

The Activity Log is a record of events and actions that took place on the IQM platform. This detailed timeline tracks various activities performed by individual users. Monitor these activities to refine and optimize your campaigns and operations.

Monitor an Activity Log

Follow these steps to locate and monitor an Activity Log:

  1. Select the Activity Log tab of the Organization app.

  2. Select View Updates from an activity’s Actions column to open a pop-up window related to that action.

    1. Review more details on the specific changes that were applied or activities that took place. These details include the original value or item and the updated value or item.

  3. Click Done to return to the Activity Log page.

Filter an Activity Log

Select an activity category or apply Apps or Users filters to narrow in on particular actions. Refer to Included activities and filters for more information on the types of actions that are featured in each of these selections.

Select an activity category

Select the All Activities tab of your Activity Log or choose to filter the record by an activity category. Click Flagged Activities, Administrative Activities, Account Level Activities, Financial Activities, or Campaign Activities to filter the Activity Log by that category. Otherwise, leave All Activities selected.

Filter by an app or user

  1. Open the Users menu and click the checkbox next to one or more users to display only the actions that were performed by those individuals.

  2. Click the checkbox next to one or more apps in the Apps section to display only the actions that were performed within those apps.

    1. Leave All Apps selected instead to show actions taken across any app.

  3. Deselect a checkbox to remove that filter from your Activity Log, or click Reset Filter to clear all filters.

Flag an activity

Bookmark activities that you’d like to easily retrieve and review in the future.

Select the bookmark icon in an activity’s Actions column to flag it for future reference. All flagged activities are stored in the Flagged Activities activity category.
