On the main page of the Campaigns app, you will find the IO listing table. This table contains all of your IOs with basic information about each, and the capability to perform various actions.

IO Status

Each insertion order is attached to a current status- active, expired, or deleted. You can filter by status by clicking on the filter icon and choosing the status you would like to filter by.

Active - IOs within date and budget range

Expired - IO has reached end date

Deleted - IOs that user has deleted (these can be viewed only, not modified)

Note: When a campaign has entered into “expired” status, the user will receive an email notification of the status change.

You may change an Expired IO back to Active by doing the following:

  • Check the box next to the Expired IO you want to reactivate

  • Select Set End Date

  • Enter a new end in the future

  • Select Set

  • Status will change back to Active

Campaign & Creative Counts (Coming soon!)

The campaigns column shows how many campaigns are associated with each IO. Clicking on a campaign count takes you to the Campaign table, which includes details of each campaign, like budgets, pacing and max bid. There is also a creatives count column within this chart. These are all the creative versions associated with each campaign. Clicking into the creative count figure takes you to a detailed chart of the creatives running, including a preview.

Actions available

You can manage various actions by selecting an IO and choosing from the action items that appear above the table.

Available Actions are:

Additionally, you can download your IO table as XLS or CSV by selecting the respective download icon in the IO table.
