Search and filter creatives

Customize your Creatives page in any of the following ways to determine which creatives and details appear:

  1. View all creatives regardless of their format, or limit the page to include only a certain creative format.

  2. Choose whether to view all creatives, only creatives that are included in a creative group, or only creatives that aren’t included in a creative group.

  3. Choose whether to view the creatives in a table or grid.

  4. Use the Search By field to search using a creative ID, creative name, or 3rd party ID.

  5. View only the creatives that feature a particular status.

  6. Open the column selector to choose which fields appear in the table view.

  7. Sort by the ID, Creative Name, 3rd Party ID, or Created columns by selecting the arrows next to the desired column’s title.

    1. You must hover your cursor over the column’s title for the arrows to appear.

Preview creatives

Follow these steps to review a creative’s details and preview it on different device types:

  1. Use the creative format panel to either select All or an individual creative format.

  2. Search or filter the table to locate the creative you’d like to preview.

  3. Select the ad’s creative ID in the ID column or the thumbnail in the Preview column. This will open a pop-up window where you can preview the creative.

  4. Review who added the creative, when it was added, and its current status.

  5. Preview an ad mockup on different device types.

  6. Review the creative’s size and any tracking solutions associated with it.

    1. Select Edit to change and save these details.

Group creatives

Save time on managing your creative assets by grouping them together. Note that each creative must share the same format (image, video, audio, native, HTML) to belong to the same group.

Follow these steps to add creatives to a new or existing group:

  1. Use the creative format panel to either select All or an individual creative format.

  2. Select the checkboxes next to the creatives you’d like to assign to a new or existing group. These creatives must feature the same creative format.

  3. Click Save To Group. This will open the Group Creatives pop-up window.

  4. To save the creative(s) to an existing group, select Existing Group, open the Creative Group menu and choose the desired group, and click Save.

  5. To save the creative(s) to a new group, select New Group, use the Group Name field to enter a unique name, and select Save.

Each group and its creatives will appear in the Grouped Creatives tab of the Creatives app.

You can also add creatives to a new or existing group when you first upload them to the IQM platform. This process ends by offering the option to group them via the Group Creatives pop-up window. Refer to the Upload an image creative, Upload an HTML creative, Upload a video creative, Upload an audio creative, or Upload a native creative to add a new creative, then return to Group creatives to add them to a new or existing group.

Duplicate

Follow these steps to duplicate creatives individually or in bulk:

  1. Use the creative format panel to either select All or an individual creative format.

  2. Select the checkbox(es) next to the creative(s) you’d like to duplicate.

  3. Open the Actions menu and click Duplicate.

The duplicated creative(s) will appear in the table and feature a Pending status. Its Creative Name is, by default, the original creative’s name followed by “copy.” You can Edit the name and apply any other changes outlined in this article.

Delete

Deletion warning: Note that deleted creatives and creative groups are unrecoverable, and this action is permanent. As a safeguard, consider duplicating and editing them instead.

Follow these steps to delete creatives individually or in bulk:

  1. Use the creative format panel to either select All or an individual creative format.

  2. Select the checkbox(es) next to the creative(s) you’d like to delete.

  3. Open the Actions menu and click Delete. This will open a Delete Creative? pop-up window.

  4. Review any warnings, and select Delete to confirm your selection.

Edit Click URLs, Pixel URLs, or 3rd Party IDs

You can edit a click URL, pixel URL, or 3rd party ID in one of two ways:

  • From the table view on the Creatives page.

  • From the Creative Details panel in the Preview creatives workflow.

In cases when any of the creatives are assigned to a campaign, you’ll be prompted to choose to apply the updated creatives to those campaigns or duplicate the creatives instead. Note that if you change the Click URL or Pixel URL fields and choose to apply the updated creatives to the campaigns, note that they’ll get submitted for re-approval.

Edit URLs or IDs from a table

Follow these steps to apply an individual click URL, pixel URL, or 3rd party ID from a table:

  1. Locate the 3rd Party ID, Click URL, or Pixel URL columns, depending on the item you’d like to add or update.

    1. Note that you may need to open the column selector to add a particular column to the table.

  2. Click the 3rd Party ID, Click URL, or Pixel URL field next to the desired creative and enter the ID or URL. Select the checkbox next to the field to apply your changes.

Follow these steps to apply the same click URL or pixel URL to more than one creative from a table:

  1. Use the creative format panel to either select All or an individual creative format.

  2. Select the checkboxes next to the creatives you’d like to update with the new click URL or pixel URL.

  3. Open the Actions menu and click Edit Click URL or Edit Pixel URL. This will open the Edit Click URL or Edit Pixel URL pop-up window, depending on your selection.

  4. Enter the new URL into the available field.

  5. Select Update to apply your changes.

Edit URLs or IDs from a creative preview

Follow these steps to add or change an individual click URL, pixel URL, or 3rd party ID from a creative preview:

  1. Follow steps 1 through 3 of the Preview creatives workflow.

  2. Locate the Creative Details panel.

  3. Select Edit.

  4. Update the desired field(s).

  5. Select Save to apply your changes.

Edit a name

Select a creative’s Creative Name field to change its name. Enter the new name and select the checkmark icon to apply your changes.

Run or pause

Follow these steps to pause Running creatives or run Paused creatives:

  1. Use the creative format panel to either select All or an individual creative format.

  2. Select the checkbox(es) next to the creative(s) you’d like to run or pause.

  3. Open the Actions menu and click Run or Pause, depending on the creative’s current status.

Identify assigned campaigns

Each creative’s Campaigns column includes the number of campaigns that the creative is currently assigned to. If you’ve assigned the creative to at least one campaign, select the number to review a list of those campaigns, along with other key details such as each campaign’s ID and status.
