The Activity Log is a record of events and actions that took place on the IQM platform. This detailed timeline tracks various activities (Link) performed by individual users. Monitor these activities to refine and optimize your campaigns and operations.

Refer to Activity Log overview for more information on the types of actions that are captured in the Activity Log.

Follow these steps to locate and monitor an Activity Log:

Select an activity category or apply Apps or Users filters to narrow in on particular actions. Refer to Included activities and filters for more information on the types of actions that are featured in each of these selections.

Select the All Activities tab of your Activity Log or choose to filter the record by an activity category. Click either Account Level Activities, Financial Activities, Campaign Activities, or Flagged Activities to filter the Activity Log by that category.

Select Apps and click the checkbox next to one or more apps to display only the actions that were performed within those apps.

Select Users and click the checkbox next to one or more users to display only the actions that were performed by those individuals.

Deselect a checkbox to remove that filter from your Activity Log.

Bookmark activities that you’d like to easily retrieve and review in the future.

Select the bookmark icon next to an activity to flag it for future reference. All flagged activities are stored in the Flagged Activities category.

Select Flagged Activities to review a list of the activities that you previously bookmarked. Click the bookmark icon next to an action to deselect it and remove it from the Flagged Activities category.
