Manage a user profile

Manage account-level details, review your account’s seat assignments, or disconnect any third-party integrations.

User profile overview

All advertisers have access to a dedicated My Profile app. You’ll use it when you need to manage account-level details, review your account’s seat assignments, or disconnect any integrations.

Manage account details

Select the Account Details tab of the My Profile app to add or change a profile photo, change your account name or email address , or change your password settings.

Upload a profile photo

Follow these steps to add or change a profile photo:

  1. Hover your cursor over the current profile photo and click Upload Photo.

  2. Choose the desired profile photo from your device’s files.

  3. Select the dial and scroll it to the left to scale the profile photo down, or scroll it to the right to scale the profile up.

  4. Click Upload to apply your changes.

Change your account name or email address

  1. Select the Name or Email field, depending on the item you’d like to change.

  2. Type the new first name and last name or email address into the corresponding field.

  3. Select the checkbox icon next to your changes to apply them to your profile.

Reset your password

Follow these steps to change your account’s password:

  1. Select Reset Your Password. This will open the Reset Password pop-up window.

  2. Type your current password into the Current Password field.

  3. Review the password requirements and determine your new password.

  4. Type the new password into the New Password field.

  5. Retype the new password into the Confirm New Password field.

  6. In order to proceed, the Current Password field must be correct, and the New Password and Confirm New Password fields must be identical. If needed, select the eyeball icon to unhide these fields and confirm that they’re correct.

  7. Select Reset to apply the new password to your account.

Review organizations

Select the Organizations tab of the My Profile app to search, sort, filter, and review all seats available to your account’s users. The list includes Workspace and Advertiser accounts associated with an Organization.

Search, sort, or filter seats

Follow these steps to review items listed in the Organizations tab:

  1. Type your search criteria into the available field.

    1. Name, Status, ID, Contact, and Email searches are supported.

  2. Sort by Recently Used or Status.

  3. Filter by Customer Type (Advertiser, Workspace) or Status (Active, Suspended).

Manage integrations

Select the Organizations tab of the My Profile app to review which integrations are associated with your account, and disconnect any of those integrations as needed.

Disconnect an integration

Follow these steps to disconnect a third-party integration from your IQM account:

  1. Review the list of connected integrations, including the account details and the date you associated the integration with your IQM account.

  2. Click Disconnect next to the integration you’d like to remove.

  3. Confirm your selection in the Disconnect (integration name)? pop-up window.
