Conversion troubleshooting overview
All advertisers can create conversions and add them to campaigns if the conversions and those campaigns meet certain eligibility criteria. They must also follow specific steps to successfully create a conversion and assign it to a campaign.

Troubleshoot conversion creation or management issues
A Pixel conversion features a Pending status
A Pixel conversion’s status will change from Pending to Active once you successfully Integrate the Pixel Script Code and Test the Pixel Script Code.
Note that it may take up to two hours for the Pixel conversion’s status to change to Active after a successful conversion is completed.
Unable to locate the Conversion app
All advertisers are eligible to create a Pixel or Postback conversion in the Conversion app. Note, however, that app-level permissions are managed by your Workspace admin. Contact yours if the Conversion app isn’t available in your apps list and you believe that you should have access.
Unable to edit a conversion
The Edit Conversion option is disabled when multiple conversion events are selected. You can edit one conversion event at a time.
Follow the steps outlined in Edit a conversion to apply changes. Note that only edits to a conversion’s name are supported.
Unable to duplicate a conversion
Duplication isn’t supported because each conversion event includes a unique Pixel Script Code or unique URLs.
Follow the steps outlined in Manage a conversion to create a new one instead.
Unable to delete a conversion
You can delete a conversion when it isn’t assigned to any campaigns. A conversion can only be removed from a campaign if it hasn’t begun serving ad impressions.
Note that bulk deletion is supported for conversions, but each selected conversion must also be unassigned from all campaigns to enable the Delete button.
Unable to locate a deleted conversion
Deleted conversions are automatically removed from the Conversion app as soon as you complete this action. For this reason, none of the conversion events listed in the Conversion app will feature a Deleted status.
Unable to send Pixel Script Code to desired recipients
If the option to send a Pixel Script Code is disabled, you likely only entered one alias. Enter a comma after the alias or click outside of the Email ID field to ensure that the field registers your entry.

Troubleshoot conversion targeting issues
Create Campaign is disabled
The option to create a campaign isn’t available for one of the following reasons:
You selected two types of conversions: Pixel and Postback. You can add one conversion type per campaign.
You selected more than one Postback conversion. You can add one Postback conversion per campaign, or multiple Pixel conversions per campaign.
Add To Campaign is disabled
The option to add the selected conversion(s) to an existing campaign isn’t available for one of the following reasons:
You selected two types of conversions: Pixel and Postback. You can add one conversion type per campaign.
You selected one type of conversion, but all eligible campaigns already include one or more conversions of the opposite type.
You selected more than one Postback conversion. You can add one Postback conversion per campaign, or multiple Pixel conversions per campaign.
None of your existing campaigns are currently eligible because they either don’t meet the eligibility criteria, or you’ve already added one or more conversions that conflict with your selection(s).
Desired campaign is missing from list
A campaign is excluded from the Add To Campaign list when it’s ineligible for the conversion(s) you selected. This is likely due to one of the following reasons:
You selected two types of conversions: Pixel and Postback. You can add one conversion type per campaign.
You selected more than one Postback conversion. You can add one Postback conversion per campaign, or multiple Pixel conversions per campaign.
None of your existing campaigns are currently eligible because they either don’t meet the eligibility criteria, or you’ve already added one or more conversions that conflict with your selection(s).
The campaign has already begun serving ad impressions. You can only add or remove conversion events prior to ad serving.
Option to Change Conversion Type is missing in Campaigns app
The option to change a campaign’s conversion type is unavailable because the campaign has begun serving ad impressions. You can only add or remove conversion events–and change the conversion type–prior to ad serving.
