There are two methods available to create a contextual inventory on the platform:

By Keywords

You provide a list of keywords to target within online content

By URLs

You provide a list of direct URLs to contextually relevant sites. You can further group them in a contextual inventory group.

In the Inventory app, navigate to the Contextual tab from the top bar.

You will find the search feature available on the left panel. Here, you can choose between two methods: By Keywords and By URLs.

By Keyword:

First, click on the "By Keyword" method. This will allow you to add keywords and select from the recommended keywords generated by the platform.

To add a keyword, begin typing your desired keyword. As you type, a dropdown menu will appear, suggesting a list of related keywords.

You can either select keywords from the dropdown or add your own by clicking the "Add" button next to the text box after typing.

Once you add your keyword, the platform will generate a set of new keyword recommendations just below the search box.

You can choose to select any keywords from the Recommended Keywords list. Based on your current keyword selection, the recommendations will update continuously.

Alternatively, you can upload a list of keywords. Simply download the sample file, fill in the keywords, and upload the file in the designated upload area. This will add all your keywords and display them in the table on the right panel.

Once your keyword list is finalized, you can proceed to add them to a group.

By URL:

To add URLs, click on the “By URLs” tab in the search bar. This will allow you to paste complete URLs into the text box.

You can also upload multiple URLs through a file. Download the sample file, fill in all the URLs, and upload it in the designated upload area. The uploaded list of URLs will be added to the table on the right side.

Once you’ve added your URLs and Keywords, you can proceed to add them into a group.

Add Keywords & URLs to Groups

To add a list of keywords and URLs to any group, first select them from the table.

Two action buttons will appear.

  • The “Save To New Group” button allows you to create a new group and add the selected items to it.

  • The “Save to Existing Group” button allows you to add the selected items to an existing group.

Save To New Group

After selecting keywords and URLs from the table, click the “Save To New Group” button. A popup will appear, prompting you to enter a name for the new contextual inventory group. Once you provide the name and confirm the action, all the selected keywords and URLs will be added to the new group.

Save to Existing Group

After selecting keywords and URLs from the table, click on “Save To Existing Group.” A popup will appear, asking you to select an existing contextual group. Once you choose the group and confirm the action, the selected items will be added to that group.

To view all contextual groups, navigate to the “Groups” tab in the top bar. This section will display all groups, including the contextual inventory groups.
