Advertisers can now take advantage of curated inventory groups tailored to specific content or objectives. These groups simplify the process of targeting inventory available on specific devices and belonging to subject content categories.

Inventory Group Types

Device Targeting: Targeting by the kind of device through which the inventory is delivered, e.g.:

  • Connected Television (CTV)

  • Over the Top: OTT, or TV episode or movie-type long-form content delivered on any device (inclusive of CTV)

  • Online Video: OLV, including in-stream video and ads in all kinds of video players on desktop, mobile, or other devices

Content Targeting: Targeting by the subject matter of the content, e.g.:

  • News

  • Politics

  • Sports

  • Healthcare

  • Cannabis

Inventory Sources

Private Marketplace Deals (PMP): PMP deals are made directly with inventory sources, facilitating a direct link between the buyer and the seller where the inventory is of known quality and the price floor is set, e.g.:

  • Publishers: The Washington Post, Yahoo.com

  • Device Manufacturers: Roku, Sling, LG, Samsung

  • Streaming Services: Hulu, Fubo, Tubi, Pluto, Vudu, Freevee

  • Supply Side Platforms: Magnite, Pubmatic, SpotX

Exchange Inventory: Inventory transacted across open exchanges in a Real Time Bidding (RTB) environment, e.g.:

  • Google AdX

  • OpenX

  • Index Exchange

How to Access and Use Curated Inventory Groups

  1. Log in to your IQM DSP account.

  2. Navigate to the Inventory section.

  3. Click on the Private Deals tabs and explore the curated deals.

Use Cases:

  • Run ads in high-quality, full-length content on CTV devices with CTV PMPs

  • Prioritize reaching audiences who are most likely to watch all or almost all of my video messaging with High Completion Rate inventory

  • Reduce creative approval times and ensure that publishers sending bid requests will accept my ad, especially for sensitive verticals like political or cannabis.
