Begin by selecting the App labeled “Creatives” on the home screen.

Alternatively, you can navigate to the Creatives app from the quick menu icon (9 dot/grid icon) in the top right corner.

Click on "Native" to access two options for creating native ads:

Uploading images or video

Select “by uploading images or video."

Fill in the required information in the form that appears on-screen:

  • Creative Name: Mandatory

  • Creative Type: Image or Video (Mandatory)

    • For Video creative, a customer can either upload a video or include the VAST URL.

  • Title: Ad headline (Mandatory)

  • Description: Body copy of the ad (Mandatory)

  • Click URL: Mandatory

  • CTA: Optional

    • A customer can choose the following as CTA: Sign Up, Apply Now, Learn More, Donate, Visit Now, Open, Order Now, Subscribe, Install, Join Now. Alternatively, a customer can enter a custom CTA text as well.

  • Pixel URL: 3rd party pixel URL (Optional)

  • Brand Name: Optional

  • Brand Icon: Logo (Optional)

For details on specs for each of the above fields, please refer to Creative Ad Specs.

After completing all the necessary details, customers can preview the native creative in the right-hand section. Select the "Create" button located at the bottom right corner to complete generating your native ad.

Should a customer wish to introduce a new variant of the same native creative, this can be achieved by clicking the "Add Variant" button and inputting the relevant details for the new variant.

Using existing images or video

Choose "using existing images or video"

Select one or more existing creatives and click "Next"

The screen for the native creative form will appear, showcasing all the selected images or videos.

Complete the fields (as mentioned above) in the native creative forms.

Alternatively, customers can also create native ads by importing a CSV file. To import using a CSV file, select the option to create a native creative by uploading Images or Video.

Click on the "Upload CSV" option located at the bottom left corner. It's essential to note that the CSV file must adhere to a fixed template format. A sample file, along with the template, is available right next to the "Upload CSV" option labeled as a "Sample File." Additionally, you can access the sample file here.

Below are the fields of the Upload CSV sample file:

  • Creative Name: Mandatory

  • Creative Type: Image or Video (Mandatory)

    • Creative Ad Image: A customer needs to specify an open web URL of either image or video. (Mandatory if Creative Ad Video is not specified)

    • Creative Ad Video: A customer needs to specify an open web URL of either image or video. (Mandatory if Creative Ad Image is not specified)

  • Brand Icon URL: Open web URL to brand site (Optional)

  • Pixel URL: (Optional)

Once native creatives are created, a customer can find all native ads in the creative table.

A customer can click on the creative ID and ad preview appears.

How to edit a native creative

Upon previewing the creative, customers can edit the creatives by selecting "Edit" in the preview popup.

It's essential to note that if a customer uploads the same creative using the upload CSV option, a new native creative is created with identical information. Presently, users cannot edit a native creative using the Upload CSV option.
