How can we see a change history of campaigns? How?

Yes, we can see any change history of the campaign in the activity log. To see follow the steps below:

Go to the “Organization” app
Click on “activity log”
Click on Campaign Activities

Note that this log will be visible to workspace-level owner access only. It will not be available at the advertiser level.
