Please observe the following specifications and limits when setting up your campaigns:

Specification

  • Input method: Write text or play your own mp3 file.

  • Response Collection: Can gather digit inputs or speech inputs. The speech will be converted into text for reporting.

  • Configurable Man or Woman voice option

  • Default speed 1 Call per second (1CPS) this can be increased with additional pricing. No daily limit.

  • Sequencing of voice scripts: Yes

  • Configurable max length of voice calls. Default 4 hours, Max allowed 24 hours.

  • Languages:

    • Call script supports 25 languages. Advertisers can do marketing in any of these 25 languages.

    • User response is supported in 119 languages.

Prerequisite

  • Buy a number in advance

  • Sub account must be created for each customer

  • Customers must obtain consent, and IQM has to store the evidence shared by customers mentioning how they gathered the consent from their users.
