Default app access

Upon creation, the user is granted access to all the applications. However, the user will not have access to the organization app since they are not the owner user. The list of available apps is dependent on how the organization's workspace is configured.

Revoke access - If there are certain apps that are not required for a user's role, you have the ability to revoke their access to those specific apps.

Assign app - You can assign any app to a user. By using the "Assign App" function, you will be presented with a list of apps that have not yet been assigned to that user.
