Decide how your Dashboard Table data is displayed

Select a time zone

To view campaigns by time zone:

  1. Open the Dashboard.

  2. Open the Time Zone menu.

  3. Search and select the time zone for the campaigns you want to view.


Select a date range

To view campaigns by date:

  1. Open the Dashboard.

  2. Select the Date Range menu.

  3. In the calendar view, select the desired start and end dates.

  4. Select Apply.

The Date Range can also be entered manually using mm/dd/yyyy format.


Add or remove a Dashboard Table column

To add or remove columns on the Dashboard Table:

  1. Open the Dashboard.

  2. Open the Columns menu.

  3. Select the data you want to view in the Dashboard Table.


Move a Dashboard Table column

To add or remove columns on the Dashboard Table:

  1. Open the Dashboard.

  2. Select the column heading you want to move.

  3. Drag and drop the column to the desired location in the table.


Create a new campaign group

To create a new campaign group from your Dashboard:

  1. Open the Dashboard.

  2. Select the checkboxes for the campaigns you want to add to the new campaign group.

  3. Select Manage Groups.

  4. Select Create New Group.

  5. Enter a name for the new campaign group.

Select Create New Group to confirm.


Compare metrics of top performers

To compare your campaigns by metrics:

  1. Open the Dashboard.

  2. Open the Dashboard panel, located on the left side of the screen.

Filter Dashboard data

To filter the Dashboard Table, select from the options located above the Dashboard Table. You can refine your search by using this helpful list of filters:

Campaign/Group

Filter by individual campaigns or campaign groups.

Status

Filter by the campaign's current status.

Creative Type

Filter by media type used in the campaign.

Campaign

Select campaigns individually by name.


Search your Dashboard data

To find a specific campaign or campaign group, use the search bar located above the Dashboard Table, to search by name or ID.


Understanding your Dashboard data

Understanding your data is important to any campaign. Here’s a helpful list of details and metrics that can be found in the Dashboard Table.

ID

A unique identification number assigned to a campaign.

Campaign name

The name given to your campaign.

Daily budget

The total spending amount per day.

Total budget

The total spending amount per campaign.

Max bid

The maximum bid amount that can be placed on an ad.

Budget completion

The percentage of a campaign budget that has been used.

Impressions

The number of times an ad is shown.

Clicks

The number of times a campaign is clicked.

CTR

The number of times an ad is clicked divided by the number of times an ad is displayed.

Win rate

The percentage indicating the number of impressions won over the total number of impression bids.

VCR

Video Completion Rate is the percentage indicating the number of times a video has been viewed to completion, over the number of times a video has been started.

Total spent

The total amount spent on a campaign.

Data cost

The total cost of the data spent used in a campaign.

Media spent

The total cost spent on media delivery in a campaign.

Time zone

The time zone set for the campaign.

Start date

The date the campaign was started.

eCPM

Cost Per Thousand Clicks.

The average cost per thousand ad impressions.

eCPC

Effective Cost Per Click

The total cost of a campaign per click.

CPCV

Cost Per Completed View. The average media cost per video completion.

Video start

The number of times a video has been started.

Video 25%

The number of times a video has played over 25% of it’s content.

Video 50%

The number of times a video has played over 50% of it’s content.

Video 75%

The number of times a video has played over 75% of it’s content.

Video 100%

The number of times a video has played from start to finish .

Hours viewed

The total number of hours your campaign has been viewed.
